Healthy and Balanced Diet
A health and
balanced diet is a must if

balance.

Some of these include green tea, almonds, and whole-grain foods, which are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. You should also increase your intake of whole grains such as brown rice and whole-wheat bread as they contain soluble fiber. Increasing the consumption of water and fluids is very essential to maintain your health & balance.
