  A  health and balanced diet   is a must if you want to stay healthy. These diets emphasize the intake of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low in saturated fat or saturated fats, high in fiber, and carbohydrates that come from plant sources, such as legumes and whole wheat bread.
